Facility Operations/Event Staff: Facility/Venue Management


  • Maintain shipping processes, including all software operations, financial reporting, and staff training
  • Oversee all receiving and internal deliveries of mail & packages
  • Adhere to best practices for screening suspicious mail/parcels
  • Ensure all company mail is billed to proper departments.
  • Ensure all players mail is billed in accordance with NFL rules.
  • Collaborate with Bills departments on their mailing/shipping needs
  • Order materials and supplies for mail room.
  • Oversee all on-site/off-site file storage.
  • Maintain a highly organized and customer friendly mail room.
  • Oversee all storage facilities organization including other departments outside of Stadium Operations
  • Minor maintenance and repairs (light bulbs, ceiling tile, carpet tile, painting, hanging pictures, etc.)
  • Work with other cleaning and maintenance staff in daily upkeep of the facility including hands on assistance as needed.
  • Assist with Certificate of Insurance logging into MetaStor repository
  • Assist with event coordination.
    • Create event cliff notes to be distributed internally within the Stadium Operations team
    • Assist with onsite coverage of events as requested.
  • Oversee technical support related to work order software, 24/7.
  • Oversee implementation and training of 24/7 software to Stadium Operations team members
  • Game day:
    • Assist in the management and operation of on campus gameday events and activities
    • Work collaboratively with various groups and departments to provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all fans and visitors
  • Other duties as assigned



  • Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Valid driver license.
  • Computer knowledge and working knowledge of mail systems such as FedEx, UPS, US Postal Service, preparing freight documents and commercial invoices/customs documents.
  • Forklift experience is a plus.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs to perform job effectively.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coordinate projects from implementation through completion.
  • Work schedule must be flexible – evenings and weekends required as needed.
  • Experience in a similar field preferred.
  • Must be able to work in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
  • Anticipated start date is February 2022
