Position Summary

We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our event and production workflow. This is primarily an in-office role focused on coordination, scheduling, staffing, and logistics. The right candidate keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes — tracking deliverables, managing people, and making sure every event goes off without a hitch. This is an entry-level role with real ownership from day one.

What We're Looking For

You're a self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged. You communicate clearly, stay on top of multiple tasks at once, and follow through. You're comfortable building and maintaining organized systems, coordinating with staff, and solving problems on the fly. A background in sports or live events is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets is helpful.

Primary Responsibilities

Manage event schedules, logistics, and operational planning to ensure full coverage of all assigned events
Recruit, hire, and coordinate event staff — handling scheduling, communication, and on-site coordination
Maintain organized documentation of operational processes, schedules, and project assets
Track deliverables and ensure timely completion across active projects
Serve as the point of contact for events, working with both full time and freelance staff to ensure equipment deployment and event coverage
Assist with media-related tasks such as file organization and footage processing as needed

Travel

This role requires travel during event seasons, including some overnight and long-distance trips. A valid driver's license is required.
