Summary of Position:
This position will be responsible for file management and distribution of customer footage. This position will be primarily conducted in the office. There will be a heavy focus on file organization, media management, and the processing of footage to be delivered to customers. This position will also be responsible for on-site event management, ensuring all footage is captured by managing equipment and/or video crews. While serving on-site, the position will ensure the capture of b-roll for marketing purposes.

Ideal candidates must excel at completing assigned tasks in a timely manner and should demonstrate exceptional communication skills. Individuals will look to be proactive in their daily tasks as well as use the opportunity to learn new techniques in the industry. This position is best suited for those who define themselves as a self-motivated, critical thinker with the ability to accomplish numerous tasks and solve problems with minimal supervision. Knowledge of the sports world is a benefit, but not a requirement. Working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets functionality is preferred but not required.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Compression, processing, and delivery of game film.
  • Manage the pre-event preparation and post-event inventorization of media equipment, including cameras and SD cards, for content capture.
  • Create and upload game schedule CSV files used to deliver game film.
  • Edit promotional footage using Final Cut Pro X.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • As required, this position is responsible for the supervision of video equipment and videographers on site.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This position runs from September 29th - December 12, 2025. Office hours for this position are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm or 2pm-10pm. All candidates must be able to work at least 4 days per business week Monday-Sunday.

Travel:
This position requires travel during event seasons. Some travel is outside the local area and overnight. Must have a valid driver's license and the comfortability of traveling long distances. You must be able to commute to and from the office in Conshohocken.
