Summary of Position:
This position will be responsible for assisting in the execution of day-to-day warehouse facility operations. This position will be primarily held in the warehouse. There will be a heavy focus on inventory management and organizational processes. This position will also be responsible for on-site management, ensuring all footage is captured by managing equipment and video crews. While serving on-site, the position will ensure the capture of b-roll for marketing purposes.

Ideal candidates must excel at completing assigned tasks in a timely manner and should demonstrate exceptional communication skills. Individuals will look to be proactive in their daily tasks as well as use the opportunity to learn new techniques in the industry. This is a position best suited for those who define themselves as a self-motivated, critical thinker with the ability to accomplish numerous tasks and problem solving with minimal supervision. Knowledge of the sports world is a benefit, but not a requirement.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Packing & Unpacking/Organizing Equipment
- Ensure storage of equipment is meeting operational needs
- Test inventory to determine compatibilities
- Work to improve and optimize packing/unpacking procedures
- Conducting and overseeing venue set-up and breakdown
- Execute on Pre-Event and Post-Event expectations
- Shoot b-roll at various tournaments and sports programs nationwide
Supervisory Responsibilities:
As required, this position is responsible for the supervision of video equipment and videographers on site.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
Warehouse hours for this position are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. All candidates must be able to work at least 4 days per business week Monday-Friday. In addition, all candidates must be available to work most weekends from September 29, 2025 - December 19, 2025. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background check.
Travel:
This position requires travel during event seasons. Some travel is outside the local area and overnight. Must have a valid driver's license and the comfortability of traveling long distances.
