FLEXIBILITY – Events typically take place on weekends and may include Thursday or Friday setup days. As an independent contractor, you choose which events fit your schedule.
EXCITEMENT – Work at some of the premier sports venues throughout the Portland area and surrounding communities. Outstanding contractors may have opportunities to travel to larger regional tournaments.

SUPPORT – You'll receive training, best practices, and ongoing support from the BallerTV team to help you succeed in the field.
WHAT SERVICES WE NEED
TRACK – Receive, transport, and manage event equipment, including camera gear and marketing assets.
EXECUTION – Set up BallerTV's live streaming system at each court or field. Work efficiently, safely, and with a sense of urgency throughout the event.
MONITOR – Ensure every game streams reliably by monitoring equipment, troubleshooting issues, and communicating with the BallerTV Operations Team as needed.
ENJOY – Get paid to watch live sports while helping showcase thousands of athletes to family, friends, and fans around the world.
FLEXIBILITY – This is a part-time weekend contractor position. Events may begin as early as 6:00 AM and end as late as 10:00 PM. Contractors should be willing to travel up to 40 miles one way.
PAY – $18/hour
Daily shifts may exceed 12 hours. Weekend tournaments (Friday through Sunday) can exceed 30 total hours. This role requires standing for extended periods, frequent walking, and lifting heavy equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must successfully complete a pre-event background check.
- Must be comfortable using iPhones and iOS devices.
- Must be professional, dependable, and personable.
- Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Must maintain a positive, team-first attitude.
PREFERRED
- Experience with live events, sports production, broadcasting, photography, videography, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Interest or experience in basketball, volleyball, soccer, football, wrestling, lacrosse, or other youth sports is preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to receive and transport event equipment.
