SITE LEAD (Event Contractor)
Are you a natural leader who thrives in fast-paced environments? Do you enjoy live sports, solving problems, and helping a team succeed? BallerTV is looking for dependable Site Leads to oversee our event operations at The Courts Sports Complex.

RESPONSIBILITIES
LEAD – Serve as the primary on-site representative for BallerTV, ensuring the event runs smoothly from setup through breakdown.
COORDINATE – Manage and support Event Contractors while communicating regularly with BallerTV Project Managers throughout the weekend.
SET UP – Receive, transport, and set up streaming equipment across multiple courts.
MONITOR – Ensure every court remains online with consistent, high-quality streams while troubleshooting equipment and network issues as needed.
EXECUTE – Maintain an organized, professional work environment while adapting quickly to changing event needs.
PAY
$18/hour
Daily shifts may exceed 12 hours. Tournament weekends often involve 20–30+ hours over multiple days. This position requires standing for extended periods and safely lifting heavy equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must complete a pre-event background check.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Must be comfortable using iPhones, iPads, and technology.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems under pressure.
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Willing to work long days in a fast-paced sports environment.
PREFERRED
Previous experience leading teams or managing live events.
Previous experience leading teams or managing live events.
- Experience in sports broadcasting, live production, AV, or event operations.
- Customer service, coaching, or supervisory experience is a plus.
- Passion for youth sports and live event production.
Job Type: Weekend Contract Position
Successful Site Leads are often invited back for future events throughout the year.
