Position Summary:
The Ticket Operations Coordinator will provide clerical, administrative, operational, and "Day of Game" support for the Ticket Operations department under the general direction of Ticket Operations management.  He/she will be expected to provide exemplary customer service to all internal and external clients.  In addition, this position requires being available to work during event hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Essential Functions:
  • Collect revenue and process ticket sales requests with accuracy and urgency for LA Galaxy, LA Galaxy II and additional special events. Work with Account Executives to assure adherence to proper ticketing guidelines using trackers and ticketing in CRM platforms.
  • Assist with game day operations including but not limited to processing sales, adjusting inventory, resolving client issues, and logging will call tickets for home games and special events.  Provide exemplary customer service to all internal and external clients.
  • Assist with building events, offers and price codes in the ticketing system.  Complete weekly deposits and prepare general financial and ticketing reports.
  • Support all department personnel by keeping the department calendar up to date and all internal trackers accurate to monitor inventory and approved sales throughout the year.
  • Continue learning ticketing functions and CRM platforms by participating in status calls and assisting or training sales staff as needed.
  • Support Director Ticketing and complete special projects as assigned by management

Qualifications:
  • A minimum education level of: High School Diploma or its equivalency (BA/BS Degree Preferred)
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of related work experience
  • Experience with AXS ticketing software and hardware preferred
  • Experience with KORE CRM system preferred
  • Exceptional guest and client service skills that represent the club, facility and department
  • Ability to prioritize workload and solve problems efficiently and quickly
  • Highly organized, resourceful, detailed-oriented, quick learner
  • Ability to be flexible and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to professionally communicate and interact with all levels of personnel, internally and externally
  • Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Assertive, self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office ( Outlook, Word, Excel. PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams)
  • Intermediate to Advanced skill levels with Excel
  • Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system
  • Available to work various hours including evenings/nights, weekends and holidays
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
