Job Summary

Premium Suite Coordinator is responsible for coordinating Tunnel Suite services, proactively engaging with VIP clients to ensure a seamless, memorable, and iconic experience. This role upholds the professionalism, cleanliness, and standards of the Tunnel Suites while ensuring the efficient execution and delivery of amenities and services.

Essential Functions

  • Client Relations: Support the Sr. Manager, Premium Suites, by serving as a contact for Tunnel Suite Members. Assist in maintaining strong relationships and ensuring all member needs and preferences are met with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Booking & Reservations: Assist with the booking process for Tunnel Suite Members, including responding to inquiries, contracts, invoices.
  • Event Hosting & VIP Experience: Serve as the on-site host for all Lakers, Kings, and special events, welcoming VIP Tunnel guests and managing ticket scanning at entrances. Deliver a warm, professional, and seamless arrival experience that sets the tone for a memorable event.
  • Event Support: Provide event-day assistance to ensure Tunnel Suite Members and their guests receive exceptional service. Coordinate with internal departments such as Premium Operations, Guest Services, and Catering to fulfill requests and resolve issues promptly.
  • Suite Amenities Coordination: Support the setup and delivery of suite amenities, including catering orders, in-suite materials, and any personalized arrangements requested by members.
  • Client Assistance: Respond to member requests, including assistance with guest lists, parking, ticketing, and transportation arrangements as needed.
  • Quality Assurance Support: Monitor the appearance and cleanliness of Tunnel Suites and promptly communicate any maintenance or service issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Client Feedback: Help gather and document member feedback following events to support continuous improvement in service and operations.
  • Account Support: Assist with payment tracking, invoice follow-up, and account resolution in coordination with the Senior Manager and Finance team.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other tasks and provide administrative or event support as assigned by the Senior Manager, Premium Suites, and the Premium Service team. 

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum education level of: BA/BS Degree Preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of premium/luxury service.
  • Commitment to world class service, being available and building relationships.
  • Excellent people skills, with an ability to interact effectively and in a professional, diplomatic and mature manner not only with members and guests, but with co-workers within the organization.
  • Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Highly organized with good coordinating and project management skills.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
  • Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system (Microsoft Dynamics CRM, etc.).
  • Must possess basic computer skills using such programs as Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Must be able to work extended days and hours (including holidays and weekends) hosting events, client entertainment and other activities as required.

Pay scale: $25.00

Bonus: This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
