Position Summary:

The L.A. LIVE- Engineer will in a safe and efficient manner, operates and maintains, repairs boilers, chillers, refrigeration equipment, generators, air-conditioning equipment. Inspects, maintains, and repairs mechanical, HV AC, electrical, piping and plumbing systems, fixtures within guidelines of State, County or City Ordinances, Codes or Laws.

Essential Functions:

  • Repairs boilers, compressors, refrigeration equipment, etc.
  • Maintains and repairs all mechanical, HVAC, electrical, piping, plumbing, etc.
  • Repair toilets, lights, fixtures etc.
  • Assist with event setup.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have a High school or G.E.D. Equivalent.
  • Physically capable of standing for extended periods of time of up to 6 hours with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Must be able to lift/carry/pull/push up to 50lbs.
  • Must have previous engineering experience with active certifications.
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
  • Must be willing to join Local 501 Union. 

Pay Scale: $44.92- $48.81
