The Role

AXS is seeking an Associate Solutions Architect who will contribute to ensuring that all campaigns are aligned with the company's overall strategy, branding, and marketing and sales goals. This role will assist in the designing, building, and delivering tailored Salesforce email marketing and push notification solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other integrated technologies/data platforms to support pre, during, post event notification strategy to engage fans further. This role will also provide necessary support to the Sr. Solutions Architect.

 

What Will You Do?

  • Build and maintain Salesforce email, push, and SMS notification solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other integrated technologies/data platforms
  • Build & execute Salesforce Marketing Cloud automations supporting pre, during, post event notification strategy
  • Support RETL audience models and syncs in Hightouch and support SQL changes for SFMC automations
  • Edits SFMC data extensions as needed to meet campaign objectives
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to build, iterate, and QA existing or new processes and functions
  • Assist in partnering with Product, Analytics and Marketing in the implementation of automated workflows, triggers, and activation of other channels
  • Provide business analysis and project management support
  • Follow processes created for other divisions for e-mail requests, communication of KPIs & strategy
  • Assist in the continuous advancement of marketing capabilities including targeting, and personalization in collaboration with multiple stakeholders
  • Provide data governance and architecture guidance to further AXS global priorities

 

What Will You Bring?

  • 3-5 years of related technical experience
  • 2 years of experience with architecting systems/solutions
  • Experience configuring Email Studio (including Contact Builder, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder)
  • Experience with technical implementation and Email Marketing Management
  • Experience configuring additional Marketing Cloud functionality (Audience Builder, Audience Studio)
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing configurations
  • Experience in CRM, campaign process design and implementations
  • Experience creating logic for data ingestion & extensions
  • Experience with diagramming software required (LucidCharts, Visio, etc)
  • Experience analyzing information and designing comprehensive solutions that are flexible and adaptable

 

Bonus points if You Have

  • Experience in the marketing industry
  • Experience with the Sales/Service Cloud to Marketing Cloud connector

 

Pay Scale: $78,086- $100,000
