A Brief Overview
The VP of Food & Beverage Operations - Festivals, is responsible for the strategy and execution for the food and beverage programs at Goldenvoice Festivals, as well as consulting as needed at other AEG Presents festivals in North America. Additionally, the incumbent is responsible for the developing and maintaining relationships with concessionaires from planning through settlement.

What you will do
  • Develop and execute the strategy for the food and beverage programs at the Goldenvoice Festivals. Consult as needed at other AEG Presents festivals in North America.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with concessionaires from planning through settlement.
  • Innovate the purchasing experience to improve speed of service, reduce lines, and improving overall profitability.
  • Develop an internal team to ensure that we have world class operation for all stakeholders, from the vendors to the guests.
  • Lead strategy and development of festival food & beverage operations through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advise on requirements for Food & Beverage budgets relating to travel, equipment, labor, and other related expenses.
 
Qualifications
  • BA/BS Degree (4-year) In a related field
  • 10+ years Of related work experience
  • Highly organized with excellent analytical, project coordination, and project management skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Ability to manage budgets and achieve financial targets while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, and supervise Food & Beverage activities with full time managers and staff. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve strategic goals and objectives. Experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing strategic plans for food and beverage programs. Ability to anticipate industry trends and develop innovative solutions to enhance guest experience and profitability.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with concessionaires, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Extensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, including procurement, inventory management, and quality control. Ability to optimize processes to improve speed of service, reduce wait times, and enhance profitability.
  • In-depth knowledge of the food and beverage industry, particularly within the festival and events sector. Familiarity with industry regulations, trends, and best practices.
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and variable schedules.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); and ability to learn required business systems

Pay Scale: $159,289.00 - $225,000.00
