Position Description

TPG is currently looking for an innovative individual to join the existing staff and assist with the client management and fulfillment activities around the NFHS/NFHS Network properties.
This individual will support the NFHS/NFHS Network Partnership Services Manager (Director) position in the formulation, administration, and execution of both the NFHS and the NFHS Network marketing, sales, and fulfillment execution. This includes marketing communication, event logistics, sales support, reporting and analysis, database management, and other initiatives that further the goals of the NFHS and the NFHS Network and client satisfaction and retention. The Account Coordinator will report directly to the Partnership Services Manager (Director) and will serve an integral role in the operations of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate partnership deliverables, manage timelines, and ensure client expectations are met through proactive communication and reporting
- Build relationships and serve current client accounts to provide extraordinary customer service that leads to overall client satisfaction and retention
- Assist Partnership Services Manager (Director) with client outreach initiatives, digital and social media coordination, webinar coordination, client and property PR, graphic design, proposal development, proof of performance, contract development, research, event activation, and fulfillment oversight
- Fulfillment of sponsorship elements for NFHS/NFHS Network Clients (events, digital, social media, print, etc.)
- Assist in identification & concept ideation for existing & potential corporate partners
- Manage inventory of NFHS/NFHS Network Assets, including coordination with NFHS staff members and TPG sales team
- Supporting in development of client presentation materials.
- Manage creative deadlines for all NFHS and NFHS Network deliverable assets
- Work within the TPG’s CRM system (Salesforce) and maintain records of all accounts and prospects.
- Assist in development of customized sponsorship advertising proposals
- Utilize client objectives and goals to develop and research promotional platforms and partnership strategies
- Conduct yourself in way that demonstrates a strong commitment to team collaboration and success
- Maintain flexible work hours including events that may occur on weeknights or weekends
