Position Summary:  


The Account Manager, Strategic Partnerships is responsible for managing high-value partner relationships and supporting revenue growth through the execution of customized partnership programs. This role will work closely with corporate clients and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service, ensure fulfillment of contractual assets, and uncover new opportunities for value creation. The ideal candidate thrives in a client-facing environment, is highly organized, and demonstrates a proactive, strategic mindset in managing partnerships across the experience, events, and hospitality industries.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic partners, maintaining strong, productive relationships.
  • Support the execution of partnership programs, including hospitality packages, ticket inventory, accommodations, and experience-based activations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing, finance) to ensure seamless delivery of contracted assets and activations.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to deepen partner engagement and generate incremental revenue.
  • Participate in vendor sourcing and management to ensure the quality and consistency of deliverables across all programs.
  • Track and report on partnership performance metrics, including revenue, engagement, and return on investment.
  • Assist with proposal development, renewal strategies, and contract execution.
  • Support event planning and attend key events to manage on-site execution and partner engagement.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner priorities.
