REVELxp is looking for an individual with a passion for customer care and logistical excellence. As the Senior Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing premium seating management operations for a fast-paced sports experience company. Servant leadership, an eye toward customer service, and honed management skills are foundational to the success of this position. A love of college sports is a big plus!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary duties to include, but not limited to the following:
  • Oversee all game-day operation logistics in premium seating areas, including management of security, catering, maintenance and custodial service providers
  • Develop and manage the annual budget for luxury suites and club level areas for all sports venues where premium seating exists
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality to our client, and their stakeholders, key patrons, and all guests on game days
  • Manage all aspects of an on-campus satellite office
  • Recruit, hire, train and supervise all staff, including but not limited to assistant managers, interns, and a game day staff
  • Provide coaching when necessary to Assistant Manager, interns, and game day student staff
  • Design and produce effective communication media, including client service guides, menu portfolios, web-based communication, newsletters and other correspondence
  • Communicate successfully with athletic department regarding the following: presentation of proposed operating budget; provision of pre-season report detailing maintenance and facility problems; provision of post-game reports detailing operational and maintenance issues; presentation of year-end report
  • Establish and maintain positive relations with diverse groups, including donors and seat holders, vendors, and university administration
  • Develop requests for proposal and evaluate vendors, when requested by the athletic department
  • Assist in project coordination at conference championship fan events, when requested
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-8 years relevant customer service experience
  • Full-time employee management experience
  • Attention to detail, a self-starter mentality, solutions-oriented
  • Strong communication skills (written, oral, and interpersonal)
  • Models high standards of honesty and integrity
  • Manages business processes at the highest level, to include accounting processes and being thoughtful and conscious of budget and resources
  • Is calm and confident under pressure
