The Office Manager will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to help our company thrive by organizing and coordinating administration duties and office procedures. The role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.

Office manager duties and responsibilities include:
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Making office supplies arrangements
  • Greeting visitors
  • Providing general administrative support to our employees
A successful Office Manager should have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties. Ultimately, the Office manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.

Qualifications:
  • Need to have experience in working in an office environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Word/Excel
  • Basic computer skills such a data entry
  • Must have strong Confidentiality and Organizational skills
  • Prefer College Degree and someone that is looking for a long-term job
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced and loud environment

This job would be 40 hours a week and mostly day time hours during the week but will include some evenings during our busy hiring time and some Saturdays for Job Fairs and new hire trainings.
