Position Overview: This position will serve as the main point of contact for a select group of sponsor partners that are associated with Texas Motor Speedway. The main responsibilities and duties include both strategic as well as tactical guidance, serving as a resource for our sponsor partners, supporting the areas of business-to-business, partner development, foster cross promotional programs between partners, coordinate and provide on-site assistance for company executives, personnel, etc. at NASCAR/IndyCar races. The job also requires process support in the area of business development while also promoting and creating organic growth opportunities amongst existing sponsor partners.  
Job Functions: 
  • Assist in the execution and fulfillment of partnership agreements/accounts as assigned
  • Provide strategic recommendations, planning, tracking of progress, and recapping of results for each sponsor partner as assigned 
  • Support the process for creating and managing both direct and indirect business-to-business opportunities with sponsor partners and Texas Motor Speedway  
  • Provide proactive thinking related to the partnership through use of creative briefs and presentations 
  • Ability to pull in other teammates and stakeholders in order to fully integrate programs that are tied to sponsor activation 
  • Provide TMS partners with a high level of customer service and support 
  • Onsite point of contact during event weekends providing and executing tours, special access points, and other partner related activities 
  • Support the process associated with planning and executing special events, sponsor summits, employee events and facility tours 
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Customer service oriented with a positive and can do attitude 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Team player with a high level of integrity 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 

Minimum Qualifications:  
 Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least three years experience, preferably in the sports or entertainment environment.
