Sponsorship Sales & Activation: Corporate Sponsorship Sales
Overall Job Description:
This department involves working with clients and sponsors on a national, regional and local level. The Corporate Sales Department focuses on fully developing integrated marketing partnerships between the client and the speedway. This department seeks outgoing, creative, highly motivated, can-do individuals with good communication skills. The Corporate Sales Department looks for 2-3 interns each semester.

Reports To:
Client Services Manager and Sr. Business Development Director

Specific Intern Duties:
Assisting Business Development Executives with sales proposals for existing and potential clients, research of companies and other possible sales opportunities, activating one of our many events which include NASCAR, NHRA, World of Outlaws, Summer Shootout, Monster Trucks, bi-annual Car Shows amongst many other events. Daily office duties such as answering phone calls, filing and data management would also be a part of the position.

Interns must be able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week with a maximum of 33 hours, plus all events held during the semester. The internship program will run approximately 11 weeks with a maximum of 355 hours. You will be subject to overtime during event weekends.
