This department involves working with clients and sponsors on a national, regional and local level. The Corporate Sales Department focuses on fully developing integrated marketing partnerships between the client and the speedway. This department seeks outgoing, creative, highly motivated, can-do individuals with good communication skills. The Corporate Sales Department looks for 2-3 interns each semester.
Specific Intern Duties: Assisting Sales Executives with sales proposals for existing and potential clients, research of companies and other possible sales opportunities, activating one of our many events which include, NASCAR, NHRA, World of Outlaws, Monster Trucks, and 2 yearly Car Shows. Daily office duties such as answering phone calls, filing, data management would also be a part of the position.
Interns must be able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week plus all events held during the semester.
This is an unpaid internship. As a token of gratitude, all interns who complete the semester internship and work the race events held during the semester internship will receive a stipend.
