Description:       Bristol Motor Speedway is accepting applications for the full-time position of Consumer Sales Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling any and all consumer products (tickets, parking, camping, premium experiences, renewals, add-ons, etc.) and providing exceptional customer service for Bristol Motor Speedway and Dragway events, including but not limited to NASCAR & NHRA national series events as well as other major events at Bristol and at other Speedway Motorsports operated facilities (Charlotte, Atlanta, Texas, Las Vegas, New Hampshire, Sonoma, Dover, Nashville, North Wilkesboro) and events (Circuit of the Americas). This is a key position of leadership in sales (top performer) and team building (training of part-time and seasonal staff) at Bristol and within the greater Speedway Motorsports Consumer Sales Team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·         Provide memorable, world-class customer service
·         Sell individual event, weekend and season tickets to Speedway & Dragway events 
·         Make 75-100 outbound calls per day through targeting campaigns
·         Upselling & premium seating sales
·         Industry tracking of ticket sales best practices
·         Manage leads through CRM database management 
·         Manage a wide-ranging customer portfolio
·         Assist with the development of consumer and brand marketing initiatives
·         Aide in the supervision of ticket sales at all BMS ticketed events
·         Support other selected events in the Speedway Motorsports portfolio (on-site and/or remote)
·         Exceed Expectations of our guests and stakeholders 

Required Qualifications:

·         Successful sales experience 
·         Ability to work flexible hours (nights/weekends/events) when necessary
·         Team player with a do-whatever-it-takes attitude 

Preferred Qualifications:

·         1+ years of successful ticket sales experience in professional sports or college athletics
·         Experience with Ticketmaster/Archtics 
·         Entrepreneurial spirit, willingness to learn & teach

Compensation:                 Based on qualifications (Salary + Commission paid bi-weekly)
