What You’ll Do
- Be the go-to technical support resource for end users at our Indianapolis location.
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and document hardware, software, and connectivity issues with efficiency and professionalism.
- Provide hands-on support for Windows and macOS desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot networking infrastructure, including UniFi equipment.
- Support onsite race event operations—setting up, configuring, monitoring, and tearing down networks and peripheral devices for live events at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park.
- Deliver real-time technical support during events, diagnosing issues quickly to keep systems running smoothly.
- Collaborate with IT and business partners to ensure reliable, secure, and user-friendly technology solutions.
- Take on additional technical projects and responsibilities as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline preferred, and/or combination of acceptable education and relevant experience
- At least 1 year of hands-on IT support experience.
- At least 1 year of networking experience.
- CompTIA A+ and/or CCNA certifications preferred.
- Experience supporting a variety of technology devices such as routers, switches, access points, antennas, network printers, ticket scanners, and Starlink systems.
- Basic knowledge of audio/visual equipment.
- Understanding of LAN, WAN, VLANs, and core networking concepts and protocols.
- Familiarity with VoIP phone systems (Dialpad experience is a plus).
- Exposure to Ubiquiti wireless equipment preferred.
- Basic cabling knowledge (Cat6, coaxial, electrical, fiber) is a plus.
- Familiarity with configuring or troubleshooting modems, routers, VPNs, wireless controllers, DNS, and DHCP is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and Active Directory environments is a plus.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods and communicate via phone as needed.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, pull, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Flexible schedule required, including availability for approximately 10–12 weekends per year.
- Ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures and stand for extended periods during live events.
