Summary:
The Sr. Manager of Luxury Hospitality will play a pivotal role in the development, execution, and continuous evolution of premium hospitality programs across the South Florida Motorsports (SFM) and the Hard Rock Stadium Enterprise. This role will oversee luxury environments and experiences spanning the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, Precision Drive Club, Miami Dolphins home games, concerts, and Hard Rock Stadium ancillary events.
In addition to day-to-day operational management, this position will contribute to the product development of future Hard Rock Stadium hospitality concepts — curating the end-to-end guest experience across entertainment, food and beverage, gifting, suite design, and service differentiation.
Working closely with the VP of Luxury Hospitality & Curated Experiences, this individual will ensure that all premium programs reflect the organization’s commitment to exceptional service, innovative design, and world-class guest delivery.

- This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.
Responsibilities:
- Enterprise Hospitality: Lead and manage hospitality operations across Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix, Precision Drive Club, Miami Dolphins home games, concerts, and all ancillary events. Oversee pre-event planning, onsite execution, and post-event recaps to ensure flawless delivery in collaboration with existing team members.
- VIP Client Management & Hosting: Serve as a point of contact and host for high-profile guests, members, and partners as applicable. Build and maintain trusted relationships with VIP clientele, ensuring white-glove service and seamless communication throughout the guest journey.
- Product Development & Curation: Support the VP of Luxury Hospitality in the conceptualization and development of new hospitality products and premium spaces at Hard Rock Stadium. Curate end-to-end experiences encompassing entertainment, culinary programs, design, gifting, service rituals, and suite differentiation.
- Event Planning & Execution: Develop operational plans, layouts, run-of-show documents, and service outlines for events. Partner with internal teams to ensure all guest touchpoints are meticulously executed and aligned with brand expectations.
- Ownership & Suite Management: Assist in planning and executing ownership-level events and suite experiences. Maintain the highest service standards for ownership guests and VIPs.
- Guest Experience & Service Standards: Drive consistency in white-glove service delivery through training, pre-event briefings, and hands-on leadership during events. Ensure every interaction reflects the organization’s luxury brand ethos.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders—including F&B, Stadium Operations, Marketing, Partnerships, and Events—to coordinate all elements of the guest journey. Serve as the operational and creative bridge between departments.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners supporting hospitality programs, ensuring contractual compliance, brand alignment, and execution.
- Post-Event Reporting: Prepare event recaps, operational summaries, and guest feedback reports. Identify key insights to drive process improvements and future product innovation.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of project management processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- 5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, premium events, c-suite and/or celebrity management and hosting.
- Strong understanding of experience design, hospitality operations, and event execution.
- Creative mindset with ability to conceptualize and develop new hospitality offerings.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Proven track record in managing high-profile clientele and multi-stakeholder environments
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules
