Marketing Project Manager

Summary:
The Marketing Project Manager works across all South Florida Motorsports marketing properties including the F1 Miami Grand Prix, Precision Drive Club, and Formula E at Miami International Autodrome. This role will manage the workflow for the internal marketing team and across deliverables of 3rd party agencies. An ideal candidate has marketing operations experience, project management experience with tools and processes, an understanding of marketing campaign process and strategy, and is passionately committed to ensuring the highest levels of efficiency and quality within the organization.

- This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.
Responsibilities:
- Drive go-to-market planning for deliverables across integrated marketing functions
- Coordinate from brief to execution the campaign and project plans, workflows, and deliverables of brand marketing and sales campaigns
- Collaborate with Project Management team to have knowledge of enterprise-wide workload and bandwidth to maximize efficient prioritization
- Implement cross-organizational processes, best practices, and shared tools on the South Florida Motorsports line of business
- Ensure end-to-end completion of projects by organizing information, communicating deadlines, delegating work, facilitating approvals, delivering assets, and reporting performance metrics
- Determine project and task priorities, and identify team members best equipped for specific work items
- Work collaboratively with ticket sales, ticket service, partnerships, web, app, email, and paid media teams across the three South Florida Motorsports businesses
- Communicate with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders, both internal and external
- Develop and cultivate relationships with, and manage workflows of, external agencies and contracted workers
- Participate in scheduled status meetings to address potential issues and set weekly priorities
- Provide daily status updates to Senior Director, Brand Marketing on schedules, resources, risks, and dependencies
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of go-to-market experience and project management experience, including a track record of delivering projects in a fast-moving environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
- Highly organized and self-sufficient with strong project management skills
- Must have hands-on experience working in a project management system; Wrike, or related platform
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills; ability to forge trusting relationships within a diverse team
- Understanding of cross-functional deliverables across email, social, web and app, events, as well as consumer journeys, and performance metrics (such as impressions, click-through rates, etc.)
- Ability to problem-solve under pressure and navigate rapidly evolving situations while maintaining a professional composure
- Desire to work within a fast-paced, dynamic company
- Thrives managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge in any of the following software is a plus: Adobe Creative Suite, CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, HubSpot, PowerBi, Google Analytics
