Summary: 
 
The Manager, Grandstand & Group Sales will be responsible for building a comprehensive Grandstand sales approach to the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix. This will include recruiting, training, and developing a dedicated team of sales representatives who will sell and renew individual and group grandstand tickets. They will collaborate with marketing and service leadership to develop timelines, membership incentives, group experiences, and other elements tied to sales and renewals of grandstand tickets.
 
 
The Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix has set a new standard in luxury seating, hospitality, and race weekend experiences. As one of the premier destinations on the Formula 1 schedule, the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix will play a significant role in the continued growth of Formula 1 in the United States. With over 30 unique hospitality spaces, the race offers a range of options for clients to enjoy the world’s fastest sport. Grandstand sales play a pivotal role in the continued growth of the event.
 
Location:
 
  • This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Exceed grandstand sales and revenue targets
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service leadership to build a comprehensive grandstand sales and renewal campaigns
  • Hire, develop, and train a team of dedicated grandstand sales representatives
  • Collaborate with HRS group sales to develop successful group sales campaigns that further supplement 3-day grandstand sales
  • Work with the leadership team to establish grandstand sales team goals and incentive programs
  • Performance management ensuring team members are pacing towards and exceeding sales goals
  • Join Representatives on sales calls and sales appointments to instruct on and assist with the sales process
  • Manage outbound sales call campaigns through CRM tool and sales reports, tracking ROI, and lead management
  • Ensure that all team members uphold the organization’s standards of professionalism and service
 
Qualifications:
 
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales and service experience.
  • 1 year of management experience in the sport or entertainment industry preferred.
  • Demonstrated record of exceeding sales and service renewal goals and contributing to team culture.
  • Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment and effectively influence and communicate with C-Level executives.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays as required by schedule of events.
  • Experience with or working knowledge of Ticketmaster Archtics ticketing platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM required.
  • Candidate should be competitive, professional, and intrinsically motivated.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required in English and additionally preferred in Spanish.
