The FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX has rapidly become a world-class event in its first two years. This three-day spectacle attracts a global audience to witness the world's greatest drivers and cars navigate the iconic Las Vegas Strip at breathtaking speeds approaching 200 mph.
Position Overview:
The Partnership Manager plays a critical role in the delivery of the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix’s Commercial Partnerships. This position ensures that all partner commitments are executed efficiently, and to the highest standards. Working closely with the Partnership Management Team, internal operational departments, partner organizations, and external agencies, this role drives seamless execution of partnership obligations and supports the operational infrastructure of the Las Vegas Grand Prix.
The position reports directly to the Senior Director, Partnership Management.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Leads the planning, coordination, and execution of partnership deliverables.
- Translates partnership agreements into actionable plans, timelines, and workflows.
- Oversees partner reporting, including proof of performance (POPs) and KPI-driven case studies, ensuring clear demonstration of partnership value and impact.
- Ensures all partnership agreements are accurately tracked, updated, and fulfilled within Salesforce, LENND, and other internal systems.
- Evaluates existing partnerships to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
- Supports the Commercial Partnerships team in achieving financial targets by driving partner efficiencies, renewals, incremental spend, and long-term value.
- Works closely with the Partnership Management team on shared objectives, operational needs, and projects such as the Annual Partner Handbook.
- Assists in developing and implementing operational policies, procedures, and controls that promote consistency and excellence across partnership delivery.
- Builds and maintains strong working relationships with partners, agencies, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).
- 3–5 years of partnership operations, activation, or event management experience in sports, entertainment, or hospitality.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple operational workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and cross functional alignment.
- Solutions oriented mindset with the ability to troubleshoot operational challenges in real time.
- Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
- Consistent attendance and adherence to required work hours.
- Valid driver’s license and passport (or the ability to obtain); ability to travel as needed.
- Must reside in Las Vegas or be willing to relocate.
