The Role and What You’ll Do:

The UFC Commercial Content Coordinator will work on various projects across the Commercial Pay-Per-View (PPV) business, which are the restaurants, bars, casinos, etc. that show UFC events. The main responsibilities will include marketing, activation, partnership management, digital media, and data initiatives undertaken by the Commercial PPV department. 

  • Help facilitate marketing campaigns around Pay-Per-View events targeting bar owners and fans.
  • Contribute and execute creative ideas for specific marketing materials and promotions.
  • Assist in partner relationship management by helping execute initiatives, coordinating on-premise activations, and facilitation of advertising campaigns.
  • Develop compelling and unique campaigns/promotion/marketing initiatives for brand awareness under strict budgetary constraints.
  • Ensure that all agencies and partners receive and utilize Commercial PPV assets for each event including style-guides and promotional kits.
  • Travel as necessary to existing and potential clients for presentations on the UFC product, to assist with promotional appearances and represent the brand at national conferences.
  • Coordinate with other internal departments to best utilize commercial relationships for company benefit and create awareness of partnerships.
  • Engage in cross-departmental projects related to the Commercial PPV business.
  • Other tasks, projects, and responsibilities as assigned.

You Have These:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in business development and/or business management.
  • Experience managing agencies and partners.
  • Experience in marketing a unique product that requires educating the customer.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and effectively present ideas and concepts to groups, including members of the executive team.
  • Ability to cultivate and establish effective relationships with all levels of client from corporate level to individual bar owner.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and business development principles, and the ability to think “outside of the box”.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a multi-task, fast-paced environment.
  • Team player. Willing to learn and grow.
