The Role and What You’ll Do:

The Digital Products Licensing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Consumer Products Licensing Team across all aspects of digital licensed goods program development. This person is responsible for digital licensed product approvals for key partners; handling day-to-day communication with licensees regarding product review, feedback and approval process. The role requires summarizing, tracking, and updating all digital product drops and activities including, video games, mobile games, fan tokens, NFT’s, digital collectibles, and more. This role requires a high level of collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and reports to the Senior Manager of Licensing.

  • Manage digital licensee onboarding process and ongoing education for licensees to ensure asset development and product development for digital goods align with UFC IP brand guidelines
  • Provide direction and assistance to licensees in interpreting and understanding UFC’s standards, expectations, and style guides
  • Review and route all product submissions through appropriate Brand and Legal department channels and communicate all required modifications and/or approvals to licensees
  • Collaborates with Consumer Products Marketing team on key marketing initiatives
  • Maintains tracker for product development and corresponding pre/post-launch materials, prepares summaries for leadership team on product drops
  • Submits all briefs to the Creative, Production, and Photography teams for digital licensee asset requests
  • Researches and provides insights on the digital marketplace and gaming industry, to help inform UFC strategy for new and current digital products
  • Audits websites, social channels, discord, and product feeds to determine sentiment, content execution and delivery are on brand with UFC’s standards
  • Other tasks, responsibilities, and projects as assigned

You Have These:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • One to two years work experience in video games, mobile games, NFTs, crypto-currency, and/or related business
  • Ability to plan, organize, and effectively present ideas and concepts to groups, including members of the senior management team
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to maintain discretion and protect confidential information
  • Desire and ability to work independently and thrive in a multi-tasked, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Must live in or be willing to relocate to Las Vegas, NV
