Overview and Responsibilities:

The Marketing Manager – Bellator MMA will assist with all Live Event marketing campaigns including but not limited to sponsor activations, promotions, advertising trafficking and more. This person will report to and support the Vice President, Live Event Marketing with marketing strategy, creative and campaign execution. A key element of the Marketing Manager’s responsibility will be maintaining positive and productive relationships with all Bellator MMA national sponsors, ensuring that all contractual elements are delivered properly and maximizing partnerships on a local level in markets that host Bellator MMA events through activations.

Create, manage and execute all local live event market Sponsor Activations
Fulfill all contractual elements of national sponsors (tickets, meet & greets, merchandise, promotional materials, etc.)
Media Buying and Traffic all ads for live event marketing campaigns
Monitor all promotional execution to ensure that correct creative and assets are delivered and used. This includes venue, media and sponsor partners
Collaborate with marketing team on all live event marketing campaigns and other company initiatives

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing, promotions, sponsorships or client services
Detail-oriented and organized
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Team player with positive attitude
