POSITION OVERVIEW
Drop-Off Support Staff are responsible for managing match day arrival locations and ensuring transport services are completed accurately and safely.
Positioned at drop-off points, this role operates independently and plays a critical part in confirming that vehicles use correct locations, passengers unload safely, and trips are properly closed out in the system.
While the role is straightforward, accuracy and consistency are essential to maintaining reliable operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drop-Off Zone Management
- Ensure drivers use correct drop-off locations
- Direct vehicles into appropriate unloading areas
- Maintain safe and organized unloading flow
Passenger Unloading
- Support safe and efficient passenger disembarkation
- Monitor surroundings to reduce safety risks
Trip Completion
- Complete or assist with “End Trip” functions in the Uber Driver App
- Ensure trips are accurately recorded and closed out
- Flag discrepancies or issues to supervisors
Independent Operations
- Operate with minimal supervision in assigned zones
- Maintain awareness and accountability throughout shifts
PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
- Represent TMS professionally in operational meetings and coordination forums.
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting.
- Demonstrate leadership and professionalism in high-pressure environments.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- High level of reliability and accountability

- Comfortable working independently
- Basic mobile app proficiency
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in operations, customer service, or similar roles preferred
- Ability to work independently and stay focused in repetitive tasks
- No advanced operational experience required
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Stationary, field-based role at drop-off locations
- Outdoor work in varying conditions
- Repetitive but detail-critical responsibilities
- Match day, shift-based schedule including nights and weekends
