Are you a natural leader with a passion for great food, drinks, and fun events? We’re looking for a Concessions Zone Supervisor to lead our awesome food and beverage team! What You Bring to the Table:
Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED preferred, and 2+ years in food and beverage operations (bonus points for experience in a supervisory role!).
Leadership Skills: You know how to motivate a team and create a positive, customer-focused environment. You’re a natural at leading by example!
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with POS systems (Shift4 or Appetize) is a plus. We’re also looking for someone comfortable with mobile apps for work.
Flexible and Ready for Action: You’re okay with working varying hours, including nights, weekends, and occasional overtime. The fun never stops, and neither do you!
Physical Stamina: You’re able to stand and move around for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in outdoor environments with all kinds of weather.

Requirements
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading the Charge: Supervise and lead a team of bartenders and cashiers ensuring everyone is on track to meet our venue’s high standards.
Event-Day Maestro: Oversee opening, closing, setup, and breakdown of multiple concession locations. Stay on top of all the details, including managing POS systems and assisting with cashier voids and inventory transfers. Inventory Whiz: Keep track of inventory levels to avoid shortages, reduce waste, and ensure we’re financially on point. You’ll be the go-to person for inventory updates and any operational challenges.
Customer Service Superstar: Help create a fun, friendly, and efficient environment for guests by ensuring we’re delivering top-notch service. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with a smile, and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience.
Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure food and beverage items are top quality and meet health and safety standards. It’s all about keeping things clean, safe, and tasty!
Clear Communicator: Keep your team informed about event details (gate times, intermissions, last call), and work closely with venue management to ensure seamless operations.
