D-BAT Lewisville is currently seeking applicants for the Assistant General Manager Position. We are searching for a highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills who is interested in joining our team as we strive to engage the DFW community and its sports. This position will be responsible for assisting in the oversight of business operations, including management of the facility, execution of strategic goals, budget creation and maintenance, staff management, scheduling, etc.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
The Assistant General Manager will be expected to assist with:
- Oversee the opening/closing of the facility
- Scheduling and management of front desk personnel and instructors at the facility
- Management and review of AR/AP and daily financial tasks at the facility
- Management and growth of membership sales
- Bimonthly Payroll
- Coordination and execution of team meetings/trainings
- Address ALL customer issues and complaints in a friendly, timely and professional manner
- Lead networking and business development opportunities with local baseball/softball organizations
- Pro shop management – ordering and maintaining inventory, managing vendor relationships and keeping the pro shop clean/restocked
- Coordination and execution of camps/clinics/programs and lessons
- Manage interactions with service providers (ie. cleaning, outside maintenance, token machines etc.)
- Oversee the management and deployment of all facility technology including Hit Trax, Rapsodo, BLAST and Trackman.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Able to operate a motor vehicle (Age 17 or older)
- Ability to understand and advocate for changes due to new information and or tools in baseball/softball
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic understanding of computers including Microsoft Office
- Available to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Requirements / Qualifications
- High School Degree/Diploma
- High School/Collegiate/Professional playing experience preferred

- Compensation will be based on qualifications and experience
