Position Summary
The Marketing & Partnerships Coordinator supports the execution of corporate partnership programs and marketing campaigns for the Valero Alamo Bowl. This role is responsible for day-to-day sponsor fulfillment, coordination across internal and external partners, and execution of digital and event-related marketing initiatives.
 
This position is designed for an early-career professional seeking hands-on experience across partnership marketing, event execution, and digital campaigns within a small, collaborative team.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Marketing & Fulfillment
  • Coordinate and execute contractual sponsorship elements, including in-venue, digital, and event assets 
  • Track and manage sponsor deliverables within the organization’s CRM system 
  • Ensure all partner commitments are fulfilled accurately and on schedule 
  • Develop sponsorship recaps and reporting materials 
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and the Alamodome to execute game and event activations 
     
Marketing Campaign Execution
  • Execute social media, email, and digital marketing campaigns 
  • Maintain and update social media channels and website content 
  • Work with agencies and internal teams to get marketing assets out on time and on brand
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting and insights 
     
Sales & Revenue Support
  • Assist in the development of sponsorship pitch materials and presentations 
  • Support the sales team in identifying upsell opportunities and new program ideas 
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives that enhance partner value and drive revenue 
     
Team & Event Support
  • Assist with event execution leading up to and during bowl season 
  • Support general marketing and organizational initiatives as needed in a small team environment 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-service mindset 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools 
  • Experience with CRM systems or email marketing platforms is a plus 
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus 
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Salary & Benefits
  • Base Salary Range: $45,000 – $52,000 
  • 403(b) Plan: Self funded. Eligible at time of hire 
  • Discretionary Bonus Plan: Target 10% of base salary (eligible after first year) 
  • Discretionary Profit-Sharing Plan: Target 8% (eligible after six months) 
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance (employer subsidized; eligibility begins after 
     sixty day waiting period) 
  • 11 paid company holidays plus paid time off
