We are hiring flexible event staff to help with the National All-State Championship on Tuesday and Wednesday. This is a fast-paced youth baseball event, and staff will be assigned where needed throughout the day.

Team members must be available 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM both days and willing to jump into different roles, including event operations, team practice support, player and parent check-in, skills competition assistance, opening ceremony setup, guest arrival support, crowd flow, and general event help.

Responsibilities may include:
Helping with player and parent check-in at the Youngsville Recreation Center
Assisting teams and families with directions, schedules, and general event questions
Supporting staff operations and event setup throughout the day
Helping organize and manage team practice areas
Assisting with skills competitions at Youngsville Sports Complex
Helping with opening ceremony setup at Cajun Field
Managing lines, guest flow, and arrival areas
Moving supplies, signage, tables, materials, or equipment as needed
Keeping event areas organized, clean, and professional
Following instructions from event leads and adapting as priorities change

Reliable and on time
Friendly, professional, and comfortable talking with families, coaches, and players
Flexible and willing to work wherever needed
Able to stand, walk, and be outside for long periods of time
Comfortable working in a busy event environment
Able to lift and move light event supplies when needed
Positive, hardworking, and team-oriented

Important note:
This is not a single-position job. Staff must be flexible and ready to help in any area of the event, depending on what is needed at that time.

Pay: $18/hour
Dates needed: Tuesday, July 28 and Wednesday, July 29
Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM both days
