Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Volleyball Operations Administrator to support the
planning and execution of Triple Crown’s premier volleyball events.
This role ensures that registrations, rosters, staffing logistics, travel coordination, cross-division
communication, and event systems run smoothly from preparation through on-site execution.
Full-time, in-office position located in the Northern Colorado area with approximately 25% travel
required annually. Peak event season runs December through June.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage event registration platforms, roster verification, databases, and reporting systems.
- Build and manage tournament staff schedules, contracts, travel logistics (flights, hotels), gear, and credentials.
- Work directly with the Lodging Department to coordinate travel and hotel needs for staff during all events.
- Provide on-site operational leadership for Colorado Challenge, NIT, Summer NIT, and Boys NIT.
- Coordinate tournament staff, award packages, media staffing, vendor staffing, and partner staffing needs.
- Manage the Volleyball Division info inbox and assist in marketing individual camps to families.
- Develop and refine pre-event and post-event operational processes.
Required Skills & Attributes
- Strong understanding of the club volleyball structure and recruiting landscape.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Office 365.
- Highly organized with strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines during peak season.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
- Collegiate volleyball playing experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in sports operations or event coordination.
- Club, high school, and college volleyball experience preferred. (Playing, Coaching, or run/work camps)
- Experience with staffing logistics, travel coordination, and cross-department collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business, Event Management, or related field — or equivalent experience.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $50,000 – $56,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
