This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, integrated performance analytics that support athlete development, lab services, and event-based products.
The Performance Analyst will lead the execution and integration of biomechanical, force, ball flight, video, and statistical data, ensuring outputs are accurate, consistent, and translated into clear, coach-credible and athlete-usable insights. This position operates as an individual contributor, collaborating with internal staff and external partners to own core analytical and technical components and support athlete- and coach-facing products across lab and event environments.
This role is intended for an experienced practitioner who is comfortable operating in applied, real-world performance settings.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and defensibility across lab sessions and athlete populations.
Reporting and Insight Translation
- Develop, refine, and maintain Performance Lab reports and analytical outputs.
- Translate complex technical data into clear, prioritized insights that are actionable for athletes, parents, and coaches.
- Continuously improve report structure, clarity, and usability based on feedback and evolving lab needs.
Data Pipeline and Management
- Support and maintain data pipelines and workflows associated with lab and performance analytics.
- Ensure clean, organized data management practices across collection, processing, and reporting.
- Assist with integration of new technologies and data sources as services evolve.

- Coordinate with external biomechanics and technical partners supporting lab services.
- Review and validate external outputs to ensure quality and consistency.
- Integrate partner-delivered data into internal reporting and analytics systems.
Triple Crown Sports Event Analytics
- Support applied sports analytics for Triple Crown Sports events and by-event products.
- Adapt analytical outputs to fit event-specific goals, timelines, and audiences.
- Collaborate with event directors to ensure analytics enhance athlete experience and event credibility.

- Strong ability to translate technical analysis into clear, practical insights for coaches and athletes.
- Experience collaborating with or overseeing external technical partners or contractors.
