About the Event:
Triple Crown Sports is looking for an experienced and passionate freelance photographer to capture the excitement and intensity of the Don Battles On youth fastpitch tournament. This premier event brings together youth fastpitch teams from across the region, competing in one of the most dynamic fastpitch tournaments of the year. Your work will play a key role in preserving the memories of the tournament for players, coaches, and families.

Game coverage is needed at these ball fields:
- Big League Dreams (Chino Hills): 16333 Fairfield Ranch, Chino Hills, CA 91709
- Summerly Park: 18505 Malaga Rd Lake, Elsinore, CA 92530
- Rosetta Canyon Sports Park: 44419 Ardenwood Way, Lake Elsinore, CA 92532
- Big League Dreams (Perris): 2155 Trumble Road, Perris, CA92570
Content/Coverage:
· Game Coverage: Photograph live-action gameplay, team interactions, coaches instructing, parents cheering, and other candid moments.
· Facility: Capture high-quality images of the facility including signage, a broad shot of all of the courts, and staff working.
· Top Daily Photos - deliver 5-10 top shots of the day by end of day
· Edited photos to be delivered within 48 hours post-event/game.
· Capture photo and video clips.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in sports photography (youth sports experience is a plus).
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment with variable lighting.
· Access to professional-grade photography equipment.
· Strong attention to detail and an eye for capturing dynamic action shots.
· Reliable transportation.
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours as the tournament schedule requires.
· Familiarity with fastpitch gameplay is a strong advantage.
Preferred Skills:
· Photo editing experience with tools such as Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop.
· Ability to upload and organize galleries on a platform that you can easily share the final products with TCS.
· Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with athletes, coaches, and event staff.
