Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000 (Salaried)
Start Date: January 15, 2026 (or as agreed upon by both parties)

Position Overview
The Lodging Hospitality Director will lead and evolve the lodging operations for all Triple Crown events, managing a team of five and partnering closely with internal departments, hotels, and event partners. This is a key leadership role focused on building systems, creating clarity, and improving efficiency — all while cultivating a culture of respect, teamwork, and hospitality excellence.

This position requires a strategic builder — someone who can both lead people and design systems that bring organization, accountability, and ease to complex lodging logistics. The right person thrives in structure, communicates with clarity, and balances empathy with precision.


Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Culture
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of five lodging professionals; build a culture rooted in respect, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Model and reinforce Triple Crown’s core values: Family First, Respect, Work Ethic, Positive Change, Integrity, Problem Solving, and Investing in Others’ Success.
  • Encourage open communication and ensure a positive work environment. 
Lodging & Hospitality Management
  • Oversee lodging operations for all events, ensuring the highest levels of service, consistency, and professionalism.
  • Serve as the key liaison with National Hotel/Resort Brands and hospitality partners.  
  • Ensure staff housing, rooming lists, and comp arrangements are systemized and efficient.
  • Resolve lodging or travel-related issues quickly and professionally.
Process & Systems Development
  • Create and refine standardized lodging processes to drive efficiency and consistency across events.
  • Leverage tools such as EventConnect, booking platforms, and spreadsheets to improve communication and data accuracy.
  • Design clear lodging protocols, documentation, and reporting systems for repeatable success.
  • Evolve and systemize staff rooming into a reliable and cost-effective process.
Strategic & Operational Management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and Event Directors to ensure lodging solutions align with event logistics and client needs.
  • Monitor budgets, forecasting, and performance metrics related to lodging and hospitality.
  • Proactively identify challenges, propose solutions, and drive process improvements that make life easier for staff and guests alike.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred, not required).
  • 5+ years of experience in lodging, hospitality, or event operations.
  • Proven ability to build and manage systems that improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Skilled in contract negotiation and vendor management.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, managing teams with professionalism, empathy, and accountability.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills — must thrive in details, documentation, and follow-through.
  • Tech proficiency with booking platforms, CRMs, and spreadsheets.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, with the majority of work based in Fort Collins, CO.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $90,000–$110,000, commensurate with experience
