We are seeking two detail-oriented and aspiring sports marketers to coordinate across multiple projects that will offer valuable, real-world experience utilizing marketing systems and processes. Projects will include evaluating and organizing content, aggregating and analyzing marketing data, updating CRM sales and marketing campaigns, supporting social media calendars, aligning with partner organizations to confirm deliverables, and attending events to execute the marketing plan. This internship will provide a detailed look at how events, data and content all come together to influence customer behavior and support business growth. Responsibilities will be divided based on demonstrated expertise, strengths and workload. Duration: 10 Weeks: May 26 – July 31: Start date flexible based on school schedule.
Compensation: $600/week
Duties and Responsibilities
· Download and analyze 2026 Trilogy Lacrosse event marketing data
· Perform CRM clean-up, maintenance and updates as needed
· Aggregate and organize media content including photos, videos and logos
· Execute social media strategies to support audience growth and engagement
· Utilize research and outreach to update Trilogy Lacrosse event alumni data
· Create, organize and coordinate transportation of camp and tournament marketing materials and supplies
· Communicate with all parties involved in NCAA recruiting at Trilogy tournaments
· Ensure successful execution of all deliverables from Trilogy partnership agreements
· Conduct other Market Research projects in support of management objectives
· Attend 2026 Trilogy Lacrosse events to execute marketing objectives
Required Qualifications: (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)
· Exceptional ability to think critically to solve problems
· Excellent organizational skills including spreadsheet management
· Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency
· Attention to detail and punctuality in communication and record keeping
· Time-management skills: ability to prioritize and multi-task jobs associated with position
· Professional and courteous oral and written communication skills
· Strong ability to follow-up, passion to see project through to completion
· Ability to succeed in team-oriented and independent project environments
· Ownership mentality for position-related responsibilities and company as a whole
Required Education and Experience:
· Minimum of 1 Year of College Experience
· Lacrosse experience is preferable, but not required
