Located in the vibrant Atlanta Metro area, Trilith LIVE is designed to host concerts, rehearsals, live audience productions, conventions, corporate meetings, performing arts, tradeshows, exhibitions, special events, and much more. Spanning 530,000 square feet, Trilith LIVE features a 2,200-seat theater, 50,000 square feet of sound stages, multi-purpose meeting rooms, support space, dressing rooms, green rooms, production offices, suites, wardrobe, audience holding areas, outdoor plaza areas, full-service catering and concessions, box office, and a 730-space parking deck.
Trilith LIVE is seeking a Security & Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team. The Security & Experience Coordinator will play a key role in delivering a world-class experience for guests, artists, and staff at Trilith LIVE. This position supports day-to-day guest experience operations, security operations, supervises part-time event staff, and assists with administrative duties related to security and venue access control.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Support execution of front of house services, including ushers, ticket scanning, and accessibility accommodations.
- Provide support to department leadership.
- Respond to and resolve guest concerns in real time, escalating when appropriate.
- Assist with onboarding, training, scheduling, and supervising part-time experience team members.
- Assist with lost and found module, including item intake, documentation, storage, and coordination of items return to guests.
- Assist with leadership on rewards and recognition programs.
- Coordinate with the security team to ensure compliance with safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Assist in maintaining accurate documentation for security incidents and guest feedback.
- Monitor venue access control, and CCTV systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service and a high level of productivity and responsiveness.
- Support parking operations, including monitoring parking areas, assisting with traffic flow, responding to guest parking concerns, and coordinating with parking staff and security.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in guest services, event operations, theater management, or venue security.
- Proven ability to lead or supervise part time/event staff.
- Knowledge of IP-based security networks preferred.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
Physical Demands / Work Environment
While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, hear, walk, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, or crawl to access operational systems; use hands and fingers with dexterity; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
