Trilith LIVE is seeking an experienced Sales Manager responsible for implementing sales efforts to accomplish booking revenue goals and business objectives. The manager will work collaboratively across departments to create impactful event bookings to maximize space use from local, regional, and national special events and corporate and convention sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Keeps the mission, vision and values of Trilith Live at the forefront of decision making and action; builds strategic and collaborative relationships and interacts with others in a way that builds confidence and trust; provides excellent customer service by taking action to accomplish objectives, maintains high levels of work and productivity by generating innovative solutions to work situations.

· Primary sales contact for all special events, corporate, and convention sales.
· Responsible for the prospecting, selling, cultivating and maintaining client partnerships.
· Prepare written proposals and cost estimates for potential facility users; initiate booking discussions; finalize all booking arrangements and contracts.
· Negotiates with the client on rental rates and terms of the contract.
· Enter and maintain complete and accurate information into the booking system.
· Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive sales plan aligned with organizational goals.
· Provide timely information to other departments involved in servicing events.
· Responsible for achieving established sales goals and objectives, assists in developing those goals.
· Collaborate with the Assistant General Manager to ensure strategic alignment across all sales initiatives.
· Respond timely to client inquiry requests via email, phone calls, site visits, and follow-up information.
· Work in partnership with the hotel and hospitality industry to sell Trilith LIVE to attract events.
· Responsible for achieving established sales goals and objectives, assists in developing those goals.
· Build and maintain relationships with clients.
· Assist in creative direction of sales collateral.
· Provide information to and relay information between other facility departments involved in servicing events.
· Travel and attend industry events and trades shows as may be required.
· Other duties as assigned.
· Ability to work some nights, weekends, and holidays
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in Business Administration, or a related field. Additional years of experience may be substituted for formal education.
· Minimum of 3-5+ years of sales experience in a convention center, arena, performing arts center, hotel or other similar public assembly or hospitality venue.
· Experience in contract negotiation, development and execution
· Has a strong track record of building relationships and generating new business
· Computer-savvy, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and Adobe Creative Cloud, and a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems such as the Momentus booking platform.

· Ability to work a flexible schedule including some nights, weekends, and holidays, in addition to normal business hours.
