Located in the vibrant Atlanta Metro area, Trilith LIVE is designed to host concerts, rehearsals, live audience productions, conventions, corporate meetings, performing arts, tradeshows, exhibitions, special events, and much more. Spanning 530,000 square feet, Trilith LIVE features a 2,200-seat theater, 50,000 square feet of sound stages, multi-purpose meeting rooms, support space, dressing rooms, green rooms, production offices, suites, wardrobe, audience holding areas, outdoor plaza areas, full-service catering and concessions, box office, and a 730-space parking deck.

Trilith LIVE is seeking a highly skilled, forward-thinking, and hands-on IT Manager to oversee and optimize the venue’s technology infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and uptime of all IT and broadcast-related systems, including servers, networks, data centers, and telecommunications. The IT Manager will work closely with production teams, vendors, contractors, and internal staff to ensure seamless operations across all live and broadcast events. This position is focused on day-to-day IT support, the big picture systems, strategic planning, vendor oversight, and venue-wide connectivity that enable Trilith LIVE to deliver world-class guest and client experiences.

Essential Responsibilities

Infrastructure Oversight: Ensure the stability and reliability of IT and broadcast infrastructure, including servers, networks, telecommunications, data centers, and cloud-based systems.
Systems Reliability: Monitor performance, uptime, and security of all technology systems to support live events, broadcasting, and daily venue operations.
Vendor & Contractor Management: Oversee relationships with technology vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring service delivery meets contractual and performance expectations.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IT operational strategies, policies, and preventive maintenance plans to align technology services with Trilith LIVE’s business and event goals.
Production & Event Support: Partner with production teams and internal departments to ensure reliable broadcasting, connectivity, and technology capabilities during live events.
Budget & Resource Management: Manage IT-related budgets, contracts, and resources effectively.
Compliance & Security: Ensure systems adhere to security protocols, data privacy requirements, and industry standards.
Problem-Solving & Incident Response: Serve as the point of escalation for system-wide outages or infrastructure issues; coordinate rapid response and recovery with vendors and contractors.
Upgrades & Innovation: Evaluate and implement new hardware, software, and network solutions that improve performance, efficiency, and scalability.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of infrastructure, system configurations, and vendor performance; provide reports to senior leadership.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This role does not directly manage an internal IT team. Instead, the IT Manager will coordinate with production staff, vendors, contractors, and Trilith LIVE colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of IT and broadcast services.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems management, or network administration, preferably in a live event, broadcast, or large venue environment.
Strong technical expertise in network architecture, server management, telecommunications, and broadcast systems.
Proven experience managing vendors, contracts, and service providers.
Excellent problem-solving and incident management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work across diverse teams (production, operations, vendors, staff).
Knowledge of IT security, compliance standards, and preventive maintenance practices.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed during events or critical system upgrades.

Physical Demands / Work Environment

While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, walk, and sit for extended periods; use hands and fingers with dexterity; and reach with hands and arms. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but may be louder during live events.
