SUMMARY
Located in the vibrant Atlanta Metro area, Trilith LIVE is designed to host concerts, rehearsals, live audience productions, conventions, corporate meetings, performing arts, tradeshows, exhibitions, special events, and so much more! Spanning 530,000 square feet, Trilith LIVE features a 2,200-seat theater, 50,000 square feet of sound stages, multi-purpose meeting rooms, support space, dressing rooms, green rooms, production offices, suites, wardrobe, audience holding areas, outdoor plaza areas, full-service catering and concessions, box office, and a 730-space parking deck.

Trilith LIVE is seeking a highly accomplished professional to join the team as Director of Administrative Services. This position is responsible for overseeing the organization’s administrative operations, executive support functions, and Human Resources administration while ensuring operational efficiency across the organization.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee and manage executive administrative functions for the organization. 
  • Direct complex calendar management, scheduling coordination, and executive logistics. 
  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and operational best practices to improve organizational efficiency. 
  • Ensure effective management of records, databases, confidential information, and document retention practices. 
  • Serve as a strategic partner to leadership by supporting organizational initiatives, operational planning, and cross-functional collaboration. 
  • Lead special projects and organizational initiatives as assigned by executive leadership. 
  • Coordinate and oversee board meetings, executive meetings, presentations, agendas, and related materials. 
  • Oversee daily HR administrative functions including onboarding, employee records management, policy administration, and compliance support. 
  • Partner with leadership on employee relations, performance management, recruitment coordination, training initiatives, and organizational development. 
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. 
  • Assist in developing and maintaining employee handbooks, HR procedures, and workplace standards. 
  • Draft, review, and manage executive correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal communications. 
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and event support for executive leadership. 
  • Serve as a central point of contact for internal departments and external stakeholders. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, Management, or a related field required. 
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in administration, operations, executive support, Human Resources, or organizational management. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience. 
  • Strong knowledge of administrative operations, HR practices, employee relations, and organizational management principles. 
  • Exceptional verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and HRIS systems. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-profile environment. 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment and discretion. 
  • Ability to work nights and weekends based on event and operational demands. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or related HR certification preferred. 
  • Experience supporting executive leadership and managing cross-departmental operations in a dynamic organization.
