SUMMARY
Located in the vibrant Atlanta Metro area, Trilith LIVE is designed to host concerts, rehearsals, live audience productions, conventions, corporate meetings, performing arts, tradeshows, exhibitions, special events, and more! Spanning 530,000 square feet, Trilith LIVE features a 2,200-seat theater, 50,000 square feet of sound stages, multi-purpose meeting rooms, support spaces, dressing rooms, green rooms, production offices, suites, wardrobe, audience holding areas, outdoor plaza areas, full-service catering and concessions, box office, and a 730-space parking deck.

Trilith LIVE is seeking reliable and hardworking Part-Time Conversion Team Members to assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment, seating, and staging live events and performances throughout the venue. This position plays a key role in transforming event spaces before and after shows, meetings, and special events. The ideal candidate will take pride in creating exceptional guest experience, work well as part of a team, and maintain a high level of professionalism and hospitality at all times.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Keeps the mission, vision, and values of Trilith LIVE at the forefront of decision-making and action; interact with others in a way that builds confidence and trust; provides excellent service and professionalism in every guest and team interaction.
  • Perform setup and breakdown of chairs, tables, décor, staging, and event-specific seating layouts according to event requirements and floor plans.
  • Move and arrange risers, platforms, podiums, lifts, and other staging or event-related equipment.
  • Safely transport items using rolling carts, dollies, and other powered or manual equipment.
  • Assist in connecting and placing power sources for production or event needs.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of storage areas and return all equipment and materials to proper locations after use.
  • Read and interpret floor plans, diagrams, and instructions to execute room setups accurately.
  • Collaborate effectively with full-time and part-time team members to complete conversions efficiently and on schedule.
  • Perform general labor and support tasks as assigned by the Operations or Events teams.
  • Uphold Trilith LIVE’s standards of hospitality, professionalism, and safety in all duties.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum age of 18 years old.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds without accommodation.
  • Ability to climb stairs, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
  • Working knowledge of stage directions, staging equipment, and event setup preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret floor plans and measurements.
  • Comfortable working flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to follow directions and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor and commitment to delivering excellent guest service.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, lift, push, pull, bend, and carry materials or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. The position may involve extended periods of physical activity, working at heights, and exposure to varying noise levels and temperatures.
