Spanning 530,000 square feet, Trilith LIVE features a 2,200-seat theater, 50,000 square feet of sound stages, multi-purpose meeting rooms, support space, dressing rooms, green rooms, production offices, suites, wardrobe, audience holding areas, outdoor plaza areas, full-service catering and concessions, box office, and a 730-space parking deck.
Trilith LIVE is seeking Campus Security Officers to join our growing team. The Campus Security Officer is responsible for the management of physical security systems at Trilith LIVE. This role ensures the safety of guests, staff, and property by maintaining high standards of security compliance.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and control access to the campus from the Security Operations Center.
- Conduct regular roving patrols to inspect doors, gates, locks, and other physical barriers to ensure integrity and functionality.
- Ensure compliance with venue safety and security protocols and emergency procedures.
- Receive/screen all radio communication, text messages, and phone calls while providing accurate information for dispatching the appropriate department(s) during events.
- Monitor and manage physical security systems including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
- Respond to real time emergency situations, such as breaches, alarms, or guest incidents.
- Maintain and troubleshoot security equipment.
- Assist with all shipping/receiving of packages and mail.
- Regulate and monitor credentials for specific areas and/or restricted locations.
- Ability to operate screening equipment, including bag checks, metal detectors, and hand wands.
- Complete all duties and posts assigned in a timely and professional manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Minimum (1) year of experience in physical security, people management, facility protection, or related roles.
- Familiar with security systems such as CCTV and access control.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required for events and 24-hour security operations.
- Position will require standing, walking, and lifting for long periods of time.
- Potential exposure to external elements.
- This position is designated as an "essential employee" and may be required to stay beyond regular work hours and/or report in from off-duty to assist with minimum staffing coverage.
Shift Timing
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
