Position Summary
The Box Office Attendant serves as a frontline representative for Trilith LIVE, helping guests navigate event information, seating options, ticket pricing, and venue details. This role is responsible for processing ticket orders accurately and efficiently while delivering warm, professional, and knowledgeable customer service. Box Office Attendants support the guest experience from the moment a ticket inquiry begins and play a key role in ensuring smooth, friendly, and efficient event day operations.


Essential Functions
  • Process ticket orders accurately and efficiently, including collecting payments and issuing receipts.
  • Follow established cash handling and ticket inventory procedures to maintain the security of all assets.
  • Greet guests with a positive, welcoming attitude and provide clear, helpful information related to events, pricing, seating, and venue policies.
  • Resolve guest questions and concerns using excellent customer service practices, escalating issues to the Box Office Manager as needed.
  • Promote upcoming events by demonstrating a strong understanding of current and future programming at Trilith LIVE.
  • Support a collaborative team environment by assisting coworkers, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the box office, and contributing to a positive work atmosphere.

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 0–1 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and credit transactions responsibly.
  • Dependable, professional, and able to exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays based on event needs.
