SUMMARY
Located in the vibrant Atlanta Metro area, Trilith LIVE is designed to host concerts, rehearsals, live audience productions, conventions, corporate meetings, performing arts, tradeshows, exhibitions, special events, and so much more! Spanning 530,000 square feet, Trilith LIVE features a 2,200-seat theater, 50,000 square feet of sound stages, multi-purpose meeting rooms, support space, dressing rooms, green rooms, production offices, suites, wardrobe, audience holding areas, outdoor plaza areas, full-service catering and concessions, box office, and a 730-space parking deck.
Trilith LIVE is seeking an accomplished professional to join the team as Administrative Manager. This position provides a high-level of administrative support for the organization.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Calendar & Scheduling Management: Manage complex calendars for the team.
- Meeting & Event Coordination: Manage board and team meetings; prepare agendas, presentations, and materials.
- Travel & Logistics: Arrange travel.
- Communication: Draft, edit, and manage correspondence, reports, memos, and presentations.
- Project & Task Management: Provide support to special projects.
- Team Support & Collaboration: Serve as a central point of contact, assisting with cross-departmental alignment, systems, and processes.
- Record & Information Management: Manage files and contact databases.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in executive-level administrative support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, project management software
- Ability to work some nights and weekends based on event demand.
