TrackTown USA is seeking a driven Customer Experience Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring that fans, partners, and guests have an outstanding experience at TrackTown USA’s portfolio of events. This role focuses on customer service, ticketing, hospitality, and event-day operations, serving as a frontline ambassador for the brand. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing timely and professional responses.
- Assist with ticketing operations, including sales, fulfillment, troubleshooting, and on-site support during events.
- Support hospitality and VIP services, ensuring smooth check-ins, premium seating experiences, and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate fan engagement initiatives, such as information booths, signage, and interactive activations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolution to help improve processes.
- Work closely with operations, marketing, and volunteer teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Assist in developing FAQs, event guides, and communications that improve clarity for fans and participants.
- Provide on-site event support, including setup, guest services, wayfinding, and problem-solving.
- Contribute to post-event reporting and feedback collection to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, sports management, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or event coordination.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ticketing platforms (experience with AudienceView, Ticketmaster, or similar a plus).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events.
- Passion for sports, live events, and community engagement.
- Outbound ticket sales experience is preferred.
- Other Duties as Assigned: The Customer Experience Coordinator may also be responsible for performing other duties as assigned by the Director of Ticketing and Customer Experience. These additional tasks will be in line with the overall objectives of the role and will provide opportunities for professional growth and development.
