Job Description:
The Frederick Flying Cows are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Gameday Concessions Manager to oversee concessions operations during games and events. This role is essential in providing fans with a top-notch concessions experience while supporting gameday operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate concessions staff during games and events, ensuring efficient and friendly service.
- Manage inventory and supplies during events, addressing any shortages or issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and service regulations.
- Assist with pre-event setup and post-event cleanup of concessions areas.
- Pickup and manage inventory on gameday.
- Collaborate with other event staff to ensure smooth gameday operations and fan satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in hospitality is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Availability to work all gamedays.
- Familiarity with food safety and alcohol service guidelines is a plus.
