GENERAL: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems Analyst & Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ERP Analyst & Administrator will play a critical role in selecting, implementing, optimizing, and maintaining new ERP and project management information system (PMIS) to enhance business operations. This role requires a deep understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, troubleshooting, and administering the ERP system to ensure it meets the organization's needs and drives efficiency and growth.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Main areas of responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
 
·       Administer, configure, and maintain the ERP and PMIS systems to ensure optimal performance.
·       Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for selection, implementation, system enhancements and customizations.
·       Implement and test ERP and PMIS systems updates, patches, and new modules.
·       Ensure data integrity and security within the ERP and PMIS systems.
·       Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, creating workflows in ERP and PMIS systems.
·       Recommend and implement process enhancements to maximize efficiency and productivity.
·       Work closely with end-users to understand their needs and translate them into ERP and PMIS systems solutions.
·       Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system-related problems.
·       Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate employees on ERP and PMIS systems usage and best practices.
·       Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
·       Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
·       Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate the ERP system with other business applications.
·       Work with external vendors and consultants as needed for system integrations or specialized projects.
·       Maintain comprehensive documentation of ERP and PMIS respective system configurations, customizations, and processes.
·       Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in ERP system management.
 
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
  1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information systems/technology, computer engineering, management information systems, or a related field.  A Master's degree is a plus.
  2. At least 3 - 5 years of work experience in information systems analysis and/or systems administration.
  3. Proven experience as an ERP Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong track record of successful ERP system implementations and support.
  4. Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) and related modules.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and data.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  7. Experience with data analysis tools and reporting software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  8. Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  9. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and security.
  10. Must have analytical and systems skills and experience.
  11. Demonstrated proficiency with a PMIS and other management applications.
  12. Work independently with limited supervision; exercise good professional judgment; and manage professional service firms.
 
RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT:  Must live or be willing to relocate to Allegheny County, PA.
