Human Resources: Human Resources Generalist
The Human Resources and Accounts Receivable Coordinator will coordinate with accounting and finance team members to perform functions that include, but are not limited to: invoicing for all ROC Ventures entities, managing incoming payments, properly tracking & entering information into a database to maintain accurate records, deposit posting, balancing safes, customer communication for invoice and payments, monthly & yearly account reconciliations, processing payrolls, benefit management, unemployment processing, employment verification, employee orientation, and other projects assigned.

  • Generating invoices for all ROC Ventures entities
  • Following up, collecting, and allocating payments
  • Generating aging reports for all departments
  • Researching and resolving payment discrepancies
  • Posting all types of deposits
  • Balancing safes
  • Performing end of month & year account reconciliations
  • Communicating with customers via phone/email regarding invoices & payments
  • Processing payrolls
  • Providing assistance in administering employee benefits/benefits program, bill reconciliation, I-9 retention, worker’s compensation claims and other HR functions 
  • Processing unemployment
  • Conducting employment verification
  • Leading new employee orientation
  • Assisting with the planning and execution of HR related events
  • Examining employee files, gather personnel records, compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities 
  • Assisting in maintenance of personnel-related documentation including staffing, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications and employee leaves of absences
  • Assisting with office duties including but not limited to data entry, mailing, filing, check requests, reports and other miscellaneous projects

  • Minimum of Associates Degree in Accounting is preferred
  • Minimum of 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
  • Experience with financial systems software required
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Some administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Self-sufficient and motivated
  • Must be organized and able to work in a high-pace environment
