Position Overview:
Are you a creative and strategic marketing professional with a passion for sports and collectibles? Players Pins, a fast-growing sports collectibles brand, is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to drive our brand presence, engage our audience, and support our sales efforts. We make patent-pending collectible sports pins custom for professional sports teams promotions (MLB, NBA, NHL, MLS), retail (Fanatics, Lids), and eCommerce (PlayersPins.com). As Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in cultivating a passionate collector base and expanding our reach within the sports and entertainment industry.

Reporting and Management:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Players Pins products and brand.
- Manage Players Pins' social media presence, content calendar, and engagement across relevant platforms.
- Manage social media influencer program, outreach, and reporting.
- Oversee website content, ensuring it is up-to-date, engaging, and optimized for search engines.
- Create and implement effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
- Develop compelling marketing collateral, presentations, and sales support materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and new opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, design, and product development teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Manage public relations efforts and foster relationships with media outlets and influencers.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Plan and coordinate Players Pins' participation in industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Manage marketing budget and resources efficiently.
Skills and Qualifications (No single qualification is required):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the sports, entertainment, or consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management and email marketing software).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking with a keen eye for design and brand consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A fan of sports, interested in collectibles, pop culture, and fashion.
Compensation:
$50K-$70K. Competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Players Pins is a small company that has revamped the tired sport pins of the past with a new patent pending collectible product. The company was founded in San Diego in 2022.
Clients include 60+ professional sports: San Diego Padres, Texas Rangers, Chicago Cubs, Chicago Bulls, Cincinnati Reds, Anaheim Ducks, Vancouver Canucks, Vegas Golden Knights, Brooklyn Nets, NY Mets, Dallas Mavericks, LA Kings, Sacramento Kings, and many more.
Currently holds the NBA, NBPA, CLC licenses.
